Spacious product with many problems

The product is designed very well and is very spacious, the kids can sleep fully stretched, however as mentioned by others the tyres are unresponsive and stuck when used on flat tiles or smooth surfaces, the recline function cannot hold the weight it drops frequently. The price was good but the longitivity is very bad could be ideal for up to 24 months kids.

Wheels are getting stuck on smooth surface like Tiles.

We observed that Luvlap - Galaxy Stroller wheels get stuck on smooth surface of Mall tiles, while brands like R for Rabbit wheels are not getting stuck. Disappointed with the quality of wheels.
