Order Starlight Ride received Egg Boiler

I have ordered Starlight Ride on Blue and received a Egg Boiler, tried to contact with the customer when I got the product, they said refuse the order do not accept it, and we escalate the delivery for you, I already paid this order, and same email as per the customer agent said with images.

After that whenever I called the customer agent they said we dont know email with images, n number of times I said i already emailed but they said we received the email, but we dont know. No solution very bad service. Its been 4 days now since 4 days I am following up on phone and email but no solution, eventhough 1 of the customer agent called me that you refuse it and emailed, I told yes and further when i followup she said contact customer agent not me. Such a blunder they have did. And now i dont know they are going to refund or not.
