The product is good but the support team is very bad ... Warranty process is too bad ... So if by mistake you get a damaged product you are doomed man seriously ... The customer care team is so poor . They donot understand why a mother needs a pump and if the product has a manufacturing defect it needs to be replaced asap as it will impact both a mom and her baby .

Very nice for me

my twin baby I am using it to collect their milk and it is working very well. I do not have to feed any formula milk. But the problem is that my two parts are broken so I can't pump properly. Where can I get the parts?
