Its good but mild improvement can be done

The quality is good and I am satisfied with product. But what I feel is the machine not able to express entire or maximum quantity of milk from the breast.

Eg- if the baby can suck 60 ml of milk and mother is also producing the same. But these machine will able to express only 40-45 ml of milk. So these part can should be looked into it.

Apart from it. Machine quality is very good.

Worst customer Service

The product is good but the support team is very bad ... Warranty process is too bad ... So if by mistake you get a damaged product you are doomed man seriously ... The customer care team is so poor . They donot understand why a mother needs a pump and if the product has a manufacturing defect it needs to be replaced asap as it will impact both a mom and her baby .

my twin baby I am using it to collect their milk and it is working very well. I do not have to feed any formula milk. But the problem is that my two parts are broken so I can't pump properly. Where can I get the parts?
