Quality is Good but packaging was not good.

1. When the product was received and the main packaging was opened the zip closure of the product was already broken and its zip was also not in the packaging.Whoever packed the product knew that it did not even have a zip and its plastic was also torn, yet the product was packed and sent.
2. Ordered 6M+ but received 0M+.
3. i did not find any replace/returns options in the app.
4. Product quality is very good and value for money. Send the product to the customer only after checking it thoroughly at the time of delivery.
